The UFT office is now open for admissions (new students) and re-enrolments (returning students) for 2012. For subject choice, students should consult the UFT 2012 timetables and examine detailed unit descriptions available under the Timetables. Students are strongly encouraged to re enrol before 19 December 2011; the final day for enrolment in first semester units is 17 February 2012.
The Coursework Coordinator for the UFT is the Dean, Peter Sherlock, and the UFT office will arrange for his signature on receipt of the completed form. (Please do NOT return forms to the MCD.) Students must complete a separate form for each degree or diploma in which they wish to be enrolled.
New students should consult the advice for new students and complete an admission form. Returning students should complete the re-enrolment form.
Students who are not Australian citizens or permanent residents need to apply for admission as international students on the appropriate form, and should contact the UFT office for advice.
Students who wish to audit a unit must first gain permission of the lecturer for that unit, and complete the audit enrolment form.
Students who wish to take a single unit or units for credit, either as stand-alone units or as a cross-institutional enrolment, should complete the single subject enrolment form.
New research students should download the application for admission to a research degree form from the MCD website.
If students wish to vary their enrolment by adding or withdrawing a unit, they should complete the Change of Enrolment form.
Students who are not studying in first or second semester 2012 must complete the Change of Enrolment form and specify that they wish to take Leave of Absence from their degree.
