Dorothy Lee was educated in Scotland and Australia, and majored in Classics before studying Theology. Her doctorate in New Testament (Gospel of John) was completed at Sydney University under the supervision of Fr Brendan Byrne SJ. She is the Dean of Trinity College Theological School, and Frank Woods Distinguished Lecturer in Biblical Studies.
