1. 2012 Enrolment
Please consult enrolment information for New students and Existing students, Timetables and Enrolment forms.
Forms are available from CTM/UFT reception, the UFT office, and the MCD website at http://www.mcd.edu.au/formsprospective.
Students seeking course advice are advised to contact the Dean by email on dean@uft.edu.au, or to telephone the UFT office on 9340 8890 for a phone or personal appointment. Re-enrolling students should complete 2012 re-enrolment forms by Thursday 15 December 2011.
If you know anyone thinking of commencing theological study at the UFT in 2012, please encourage them to make a time to see the Dean or contact the Registrar and should be directed to the UFT website or go to http://www.uft.edu.au/content/enrolment

2. 2012 Units requiring early enrolments
Students are reminded that some units in first semester 2012 have an earlier closing date as classes begin prior to the 27 February 2012. The enrolment date for the following units must completed by 5pm on the specified dates.
- Secular & Sacred: enrolments for this unit must be completed by Monday 9 January 2012
- Caring and Teaching in Church and Community by Monday 30 January 2012
and
- New Testament Greek A by 13 February 2012.
3. Opening hours for the Dalton McCaughey Library for the end of the semester are as follows Monday 14th November - Thursday 22nd December - 9am to 5 pm.
UFT news
4. Second Semester Results
Second semester results will be released to students online on Thursday, December 8. Instructions on how to access results online will be sent to UFT students by email. Remember you can check your details when you check your results. Please advise the UFT registrar Margaret Tropea by emailing a Change of Personal Details form (available on www.mcd.edu.au/forms) to registrar@uft.edu.au if your contact details have changed or if you experience any difficulties accessing your online results.
5. Ordinations and Placements for UFT students
The UFT congratulates all its graduates who are preparing for ordination and placements in the coming months. Please let us know details of your ministries so we can pray for you and show our support.
David Thompson’s ordination is planned for 26 February, 2012 in Colac and is already in placement as a Presbytery Minister with the Uniting Church.

7. Christmas Concert Fund-Raiser: Robin Koning SJ sings in a community choir, The Marron Singers. On December 1st at 7.30 pm in the Xavier College Chapel (Barkers Rd, Kew), they will have their Christmas Concert, which raises funds for Sacred Heart Mission. The suggested donation is $25 ($15students/concession), though one is invited to give more or less depending on circumstances. For tickets, send payment and stamped, self-addressed envelope to Xavier College Music School, Barkers Rd, Kew 3101, with a note of how many tickets you would like. Enquiries: Jane Wood 9815-4817.
